Mortgage brokers get a lot of their business from being persistant and chasing clients they're already been in contact with. Email is an effective way of doing this, but you run the risk of this becoming a full-time job.
With this in mind, you'll find a selection of chase email templates you can use to shave time off your client correspondance.
Example 1
Dear [client's name],
I hope this email finds you well.
My name is [your name] and I am a mortgage adviser at [your firm's name if applicable] and I have been trying to get hold of you regarding your mortgage enquiry.
I have access to the whole market for mortgage deals including exclusive deals with lenders. Please let me know when would be the best time to contact you and go through your requirements, alternatively you can call me directly on the number below.
Example 2
Dear [client's name],
I hope you are well. I have been trying to contact you as I received information that you required a mortgage. If this is something you are still wanting to look into, please do not hesitate to contact me on the details below and I would be happy to discuss any requirements you have.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Example 3
Good morning / afternoon / evening,
I have been trying to contact you following your recent mortgage enquiry online, but I have been unable to reach you by phone or email. If you are still looking for assistance with arranging a mortgage, please let me know when you are available for a call to discuss this. If you no longer need my help, please let me know so that I can close your file.
Example 4
Hi [client's name],
I have been trying to get in touch with you to help with your mortgage enquiry, but have not been able to get hold of you to date.
We are completely independent advisors and I can shop the UK mortgage market on your behalf to make sure you get the best deal possible. I am available evenings and weekends if this helps and happy to book something into my diary for you.
Hope to hear from you.

Hi [client's name],
I trust you are well.
I have tried to give you a call on the back of the mortgage enquiry you sent through on our website. I understand you would like assistance and advice regarding a (potential house purchase)(potential remortgage)(organising a mortgage with adverse credit in the background).
Feel free to give me a call back on my DD below or let me know a convenient time to call you.

Hi [client's name],
I received your mortgage enquiry and have tried to contact you on the number provided.
Just checking to see if you still need some help with sourcing the right mortgage for you and if you could send over a contact number I will arrange a call with you to chat it over.

Hi [client's name],
Just tried calling. Let me know a good time and number to get you on regarding your mortgage enquiry and i’ll call you back.

Hi [client's name],
I’ve been trying to get a hold of you regarding the mortgage enquiry you made. However, I’m going to have to close your file down and move on as I can’t get hold of you.
If you get a spare few minutes, drop me an email with the best time & number to get you on and I'll put you in my diary. I work most evenings and can speak on a weekend if needed. Let me know…

Hi [client's name],
Thank you for getting in touch. Although I understand that you have chosen to go with another broker, I appreciate you taking the time to let me know, and I'm pleased that you've found a suitable option.
While we won't be your mortgage advisor on this occasion, please remember that we are always here to help and support you in the future. If you ever have questions, need advice, or decide to explore different financial opportunities down the road, don't hesitate to reach out as your financial well-being remains our top priority.
Once again, thank you for considering [your firm's name] and I wish you all the best.
Chase email template for existing clients
Hi
As an existing client of [name of your firm], we like to give you plenty of advanced notice when your current mortgage deal is coming to an end.
Our systems show that the mortgage rate [previous advisor] arranged for you with [Lender] is due to expire on (expiry date).
I would be keen to help you secure a new deal ahead of time, so please feel free to give me a call on my direct line [number], or alternatively just let me know a convenient time for me to call you.
If you don't do anything you will fall onto the lender's standard variable rate. Across the board, these rates are very high currently.
